Experts expect the acquisition of Reynolds and Reynolds by Universal Computer Systems Holdings will lead to a consolidation of functions as UCS absorbed Reynolds & Reynolds.

Reynolds & Reynolds has been steadily cutting back on its network of automotive forms sales representatives based around the country. UCS owns Reynolds now, and UCS never had the experience or focus on dealer supplies and automotive forms that Reynolds historically has had. Reynolds & Reynolds seems to be shifting its auto dealer supplies away from being serviced by a local network of sales representatives to its online store ReySource®.
