Using a flag sheet is easy. Flag sheets are multi-part, with part 1 being a peel and stick tear-off copy which is affixed to the repair order. Part 2 is the office copy, and part 3 is the employee copy. Part 3 is a heavy manila paper stock so that it can be use over-and-over again by your auto body or repair shop mechanic to record their daily time. The mechanics use the flag sheet to punch on and off on the right hand margin using a time clock. The time stamp prints through to show on all 3 copies.
