Credit Memo Books

These Credit Memo Books help parts drivers or counter personnel can issue a credit memo on the post with this handy Credit Memo Book.  These books can be ordered plain or imprinted with your information in Red ink on qualities of 5 books and up. 

• 7-1/2" x 11" 
• 3-part, 150 per book (3-2/3" x 6-1/2")
• Carbonless - White, Canary, Pink
• Prints in Red ink with red numbering
• Also known as Form #RL-113
• 3 credit memos per page
• When ordering generic books, the books are pre-consecutively numbered, but there is no selection for the starting number
• Personalization is available on quantities of 5 books and up (750 credit memos). You must order in lots of 5. You can choose your own starting number. Numbering is always in Red ink
