Cash Receipts Books - Automated 3-part

These carbonless Automated Cash Receipts Books are coil-bound with 200 3-part sets per book.  The metal coil-binding allows them to always lay flat regardless of what page you are writing on from the first page to the last page. Our automated cash receipts books have an extra heavy cover and back with a wrap-around cover to prevent write through of more than one set at a time. These cash receipt book are a convenient size of 8 1/2” x 11”, with each individual receipt measuring 2 3/4” high by 7 7/8” wide. Part one is short without accounting information and measures only 5 1/8” in width. Part 1 and 2 are fully perforated every 2-3/4". Part 3 is unperforated so it will provide a permanent reference record.  Paper colors and weights are as follows: Part 1 is White 15 lb., Part 2 is Pink 14 lb., and Part 3 is Canary 15 lb. All copies are blue image clean carbonless paper. 

Pricing includes imprinting your accounting information in the pink area on part 3. Please allow 7 to 10 working days after proof approval for production and 2 to 4 days in shipping time. A PDF proof will be emailed for your approval before production begins.

• When ordering generic books, the books are pre-consecutively numbered, but there is no selection for the starting number. Personalization is available on quantities of 5 books and up (1000 cash receipts). You must order in lots of 5 books. You can choose your own starting number when ordering Personalization. Numbering is always in Red ink
